Rosacea skin care needs to be gentle, as rosacea reacts badly to harsh treatments such as strong cleansers and lotions, harsh outdoor conditions, sitting too close to heaters, sunlight, alcohol & spicy foods.
It’s best to treat rosacea with a natural product as these will not cause inflammation and make the condition worse. Tea Tree Oil is a cheap natural oil and can be used to soothe an outbreak of rosacea, use on a small patch of skin first (just in case)
Rosacea skin care is mainly a preventative measure as rosacea can be a long term skin disorder which can’t be completely cured. It’s important not to confuse rosacea with acne, as the skin medications used for acne can further irritate rosacea.

JointEase is a synergistic blend of three herbs which combined provides a powerful natural remedy for arthritis pain and is much safer to take than the often prescribed NSAIDS which have an associated risk of heart attack and stroke.
The ingredients in JointEase include Glucosamine Sulphate which has the ability to ease arthritis pain and inflammation and repair damaged joints in the hands, knees, hips and spine. Recent studies have shown Glucosamine sulphate may be even more effective than NSAIDS such as aspirin and ibuprofen without the harmful side effects.
Devil’s Claw is a well known herbal remedy. It’s many active ingredients give it a strong anti-inflammatory effect.
Boswellia Serata is extracted from the Indian Boswellia tree and has been used for many years overseas to ease arthritis pain and inflammation without irritating the stomach lining.
Due to the strong anti inflammatory properties of JointEase it’s not recommended for those with stomach ulcers. Check with your doctor first!

A natural skin care solution to pimples is tea tree oil. It’s best to use diluted - just dab it on to pimples. This will kill any bacteria it comes in contact with as well as cooling and soothing the area. Tea tree oil is native to Australia and is a wonderful natural skin care remedy for skin on any area of the body to cool, heal & soothe.

Rheumatoid arthritis treatment comes in many forms. There are the prescribed pills such as NSAIDS, over the counter (OTC) remedies ot there are natural rheumatoid arthritis treatments.
What are the benefits of Natural Rheumatoid Arthritis Treatments?
Firstly NSAIDS have been exposed as a health risk for some people. Voixx hit the news as a drug capable of causing heart attacks and stroke. NSAIDS also have a history of causing stomach upsets and other gastro-intestinal disorders.
Even OTC pain remedies are capable of damage. Aspirin can cause stomach bleeding as just one example.
Rheumatoid arthritis treatment on the other hand is safe and can be just as effective as it’s chemical cousins. There are many kinds of natural remedies. Here’s just some examples:
Exercise - don’t groan! Exercise releases endorphins into the body. Endorphins are natural substances that alleviate pain, stress, fatigue and even depression.
Light stretching of the muscles is best (yoga or qigong) Swimming is also beneficial as it puts no stress on arthritic joints. Walking is wonderful if you can manage it. Start slowly and build up.
Diet - As for foods to avoid when suffering with rheumatoid arthritis, many nutritionists and naturopaths suggest avoiding dairy products altogether, as they seem to exacerbate rheumatoid arthritis flare-ups and inflammation.
There is a theory that some sufferers are low in zinc, so taking this supplement could be beneficial.
You will find much more information on Natural Arthritis Medication.com your resource for natural rheumatoid arthritis treatments and information on all kinds of arthritis.

As many of you now know, Holistic Facial Skin Care is no more due to conflicts of interest between owners. I’ve created a new site on natural skin care out of the ashes. If you check out www.just-natural-skincare.com (It’s still a baby but give it time…) You’ll see that the focus is completely on natural skin care. And it’s not just facial skin care either. After all we’ve got skin all over out bodies
Since it was me (Wendy) that wrote most of the pages and all the newsletters for the old site, I’ll be using some of that content but it has been reviewed and refreshed and updated. I’ll also be offering a newsletter again, but will wait until the site grows a bit.
I hope you’ll enjoy the site and I’ll talk again soon.

We’ve had a complete revamp of our products.
It all started when someone asked me, “If www.holistic-facial-skin-care.com is a holistic site, why do you recommend products that have chemicals in them?”
I didn’t have an answer, but it made me think. That was about two weeks ago.
Today I’m about half way through making the big change. There’s a fabulous company called Herbal Luxuries who are committed to Western, Chinese and Ayurvedic remedies and their products are heavenly! And also quite cheap!
But best of all they work. And without any harmful side effects.
Who could ask for more?

The threadlift is the latest in face lifts which uses “threads” to lift the contours of the face to create a more rejuvenated appearance. The threadlift is great for those who don’t like the idea of surgery and don’t want to take too much time off work. Downtime is only around 4 days to a week.
The whole procedure takes about 1 hour and there is no need for a general anaesthetic.
